Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1-3 business days to prepare your order.
• Delivery: 7-15 days after your order ships.

Most orders arrive within about 2-3 weeks of ordering. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than from a local store. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order is delayed

If we learn that your order can't ship within the time above, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Import duties and fees

You won't pay anything extra when your order arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for import duties or fees on one of our orders, contact us and we'll cover them.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
